Sophia Qaderi

Sophia Qaderi, born and raised in Alberta, is a recent University of Ottawa graduate where she majored in Public & International Affairs with a Sustainability Specialization. Sophia has over 13 years of volunteer experience, working with various non-profits and organizations such as Optimist International, RCMP Youth Council Canada, World Vision and many more. Sophia has worked with numerous organizations that focus on promoting the rights of women around the world such as Plan Canada and Strong Girls Strong World. Her work in these areas is indicative of her capacity to inspire change, mobilize resources, and empower women in their quest for a brighter future. Driven by an unwavering aspiration to foster positive change on a global scale, Sophia hopes to be a prominent catalyst in shaping a future that not only prioritizes sustainability but also fosters greater equity and inclusivity for all. Sophia strives to continue engaging with young minds, fostering a sense of responsibility and civic duty among the now generation.
